CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OUTSIDE OF IRELAND

Cooling-off period to cancel an order
When you purchase online, you have a statutory right to return a product up to 7 days after your order has been delivered (this is known as the cooling-off period) , this is extended to 14 days if you are in the European Union. You can change or cancel your order up until it is dispatched by our team. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the product to us and we will arrange a refund but this may include shipping charges.

We have a 28 day returns policy, which means you can request a return on full priced products within 28 days of receiving your order if you change your mind. You must contact us within this time period and the item/s must be used, unworn and in the exact same packaging as well as a saleable condition. You must also retain your receipt or proof of purchase. We will inspect the items being returned to us and ensure all us in order.
Shipping charges on returns- For damaged or faulty products we do not charge a shipping fee to return the product to us or for collection. However, for all other reasons such as changing your mind on items over 30kgs, please be aware that we charge a €45 collection fee to collect the item.
Once you receive your items please ensure you inspect them. In the event that your item is damaged and/or defective or you have ordered the wrong item, please contact us by email at email@example.com and include your order reference number and full name. We also require a photographic image of the item displaying the damage. Once we have reviewed the matter, we will try to resolve this for you as soon as possible to avoid further delay.

Lifestyleonline.ie reserves the right at all times to place advertisements and promotions on the website. Advertisers and sponsors on our website must comply with all local, national, state snd international laws (where relevant) and are solely liable for their actions.

All orders placed on lifestyleonline.ie below 30kgs come with free standard delivery for all orders with a valid Irish address.

Occasionally, multiple boxes of the same order or product may be delivered by different couriers and arrive at different times. Please check all your tracking codes for up to date information.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirmation containing your order info, tracking number and tracking link, keeping you up to date with the whereabouts of your package. Please check your junk/spam folder if you have not received the email in your inbox.

All orders placed on Aosom Ireland are Dispatched within 24 hours. (excluding weekends and bank holidays)
- What is the delivery time?
Ireland estimated delivery time is 1-5 working days (we aim for next day delivery)

- How can I get a confirmation about order delivery?
Once you place your order, item will be collected from our warehouse by the courier within 24 hours. Confirmation email with order number, the tracking number and link will be sent to the customers email address. - Will I be informed about delivery?
*Please note that for large and heavy items the delivery courier is contacting consignee to confirm delivery date and timing
* Please ensure you provide a VALID CONTACT NUMBER during placing order in checkout or on your PayPal account, so the courier can contact to arrange a specific delivery day/time.
- Will delivery company help me to bring goods inside?
Kind reminder, the driver is only able to deliver the goods to the kerbside of your property and not insured to take it indoors, to a specific point of your property or assemble it for you.

- What if I added the wrong address?
Customer is responsible to provide a correct address during checkout at time of purchase.
Wrong address will delay delivery time. If you found mistake, pleade immediately contact us via email. So can help with further arrangements.
- What if I’m not able to accept my parcel?
If consignee is not able to accept delivery, the courier will deliver the goods to the next nearest neighbour or leave in secure area or return to the local depot.
Please note, lifestyleonline.is is unable to cover any consequential losses, if such circumstances occur or if customer filled incorrect address in the order.
- Can ie change delivery address after I placed order?
Due to security reasons lifestyleonline.ie cannot change the delivery address once the goods have been ordered, unless customer contact and provide all details.
If you found mistake, please immediately contact us via email. So can help with further arrangements.
- Can I refuse my delivery/cancel my order?
Consignee has rights to refuse the goods due to cancellation of the purchase, multiple orders of the same item by mistake.
In such circumstances lifestyleonline.ie is not able to cover the cost of return postage.

We offer all customers a 14 days refund, but we do not cover return shipping costs for any unwanted goods. All items must be returned unused, resellable and boxed as new in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. No goods are to be returned without our authorisation; this could result in not receiving your refund.Refunds will be paid back via the original payment method and will take between 5-10 days to process and hit your
account. You will be notified once we have received the item and it has been processed. If your refund has not been
processed after four weeks of returning the item(s) please contact us.

When contacting us, please ensure you include the item name and code, along with the part you believe to be missing.

(open Monday to Friday, 9-5pm). If it has not been dispatched, we will cancel the order and refund the value of the item(s). However, due to our 24-hour dispatch turn around, we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled in time.
